Privacy, in plain language.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, which service you are asking about, and your message. Nothing else, and nothing you have not deliberately entered.

We use it to reply to you and to carry out the work you ask us about. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Enquiries stay in our email so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, which clients often appreciate months later. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.

If analytics are switched on, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, with IP addresses anonymised. It tells us how many people came, never who they are. We do not run advertising trackers.

If you send photographs of a piece, they are used to advise you and to carry out the work. We will never publish an image of your jewellery, finished or otherwise, without asking you first.
